TERMS OF SERVICE.
LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 5, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the Trading Hogs website, Discord community, live trading sessions, educational material, courses, memberships, events, and related services. By accessing or using Trading Hogs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Trading Hogs services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or maintain a Trading Hogs membership unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Educational Service
Trading Hogs provides educational content and community services concerning financial markets and futures trading.
Trading Hogs does not provide individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Nothing communicated through Trading Hogs constitutes a guarantee, promise, solicitation, or personalized recommendation that any person should enter a particular trade.
You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. No Account Management
Trading Hogs does not:
- Control your brokerage account
- Execute trades for you
- Custody customer funds
- Determine your position size
- Manage your portfolio
- Guarantee funded accounts
- Guarantee prop-firm payouts
- Guarantee investment or trading performance
Members should never provide Trading Hogs staff or community members with brokerage passwords, API credentials, account access credentials, or other sensitive authentication information.
4. Assumption of Trading Risk
Trading futures involves substantial risk.
By using Trading Hogs, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that no educational service can eliminate trading risk.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your own trading activity.
The Trading Hogs Risk Disclosure is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Memberships and Payments
Trading Hogs may offer free or paid memberships, courses, programs, bootcamps, events, or other products.
Pricing and included features will be presented at the time of purchase.
If a membership automatically renews, renewal frequency and pricing must be disclosed at checkout.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method on file according to the subscription terms presented at checkout until canceled.
6. Cancellation
Members may cancel recurring memberships according to the cancellation process presented through the applicable membership or payment platform.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a right to a refund for prior charges.
7. Refunds
Unless a separate written refund policy presented at checkout states otherwise, digital educational products, memberships, community access, live sessions, courses, and similar services may be treated as non-refundable after access has been provided, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section eliminates any non-waivable refund or consumer rights provided by law.
Trading Hogs may, in its sole discretion, issue exceptions.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Members should contact Trading Hogs first concerning billing problems.
Fraudulent or knowingly false payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from exercising legitimate rights provided by their bank, card issuer, payment processor, or applicable law.
9. Community Conduct
Members must treat other participants respectfully.
Trading Hogs may restrict or terminate access for conduct including:
- Harassment
- Threats
- Hate speech
- Fraud
- Scamming
- Impersonation
- Spam
- Unauthorized advertising
- Soliciting members for competing paid communities without authorization
- Distributing malware
- Attempting to steal account credentials
- Intentionally disrupting live sessions
- Sharing private member information
- Repeatedly violating community rules
Trading Hogs may establish additional Discord or community rules.
10. Account Sharing
Membership access is intended for the purchasing member only.
You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, or otherwise provide your Trading Hogs account or paid content access to another person without written permission.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Trading Hogs owns or licenses the website design, branding, videos, lessons, written material, educational resources, charts, graphics, recordings, courses, community material, logos, and other original content it provides.
Members may use content for their personal educational use only.
Without written permission, you may not:
- Resell Trading Hogs content
- Redistribute paid content
- Upload lessons elsewhere

12. Recording Live Sessions
Trading Hogs may record live sessions for educational or archival purposes.
Members should not independently record, rebroadcast, distribute, or sell Trading Hogs live sessions without permission.
If member voices, usernames, or other personally identifiable participation will be included in publicly distributed recordings, appropriate notice or consent should be obtained when required.
13. Member Content
If you voluntarily submit content to Trading Hogs for publication — such as a testimonial, trade review, question, screenshot, or community contribution — you represent that you have the right to provide it.
Trading Hogs should obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable member content for public advertising or promotional purposes.
14. Third-Party Services
Trading Hogs may link to or integrate services operated by third parties, including Discord, payment processors, brokerage platforms, proprietary trading firms, TradingView, or other providers.
Those companies operate independently.
Trading Hogs does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, pricing, policies, or performance.
15. Affiliate Relationships
Trading Hogs may occasionally receive compensation, commissions, discounts, referral benefits, or other consideration from third-party companies.
Where required, material relationships connected to endorsements or recommendations will be clearly disclosed.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so this provision applies only to the extent legally permitted.
18. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trading Hogs and its owners, employees, contractors, mentors, moderators, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your unlawful use of the services
- Your infringement of another person's rights
- Content you submit
- Misuse of Trading Hogs material
This provision does not require indemnification where prohibited by applicable law.
19. Termination
Trading Hogs may suspend or terminate access when a member materially violates these Terms, community rules, intellectual-property rights, payment obligations, or security requirements.
Termination for misconduct does not necessarily create a right to a refund.
20. Changes to Services
Trading Hogs may modify schedules, mentors, lessons, community channels, features, platforms, or other aspects of the service.
We will not intentionally misrepresent the material features of a paid product.
Material changes to recurring paid services should be communicated appropriately.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of:
[STATE]
without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Any court proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought in an appropriate court located in:

unless applicable law provides otherwise.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
23. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, checkout terms, refund terms, and applicable community rules constitute the agreement concerning your use of Trading Hogs services.
