RISK DISCLOSURE.
LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 5, 2026
Please read this Risk Disclosure carefully before accessing or using any content, community, live session, lesson, course, market commentary, Discord server, website, or other service provided under the Trading Hogs name.
1. Educational Purposes Only
Trading Hogs, including its owners, founders, mentors, moderators, employees, contractors, and affiliates, provides content solely for educational and informational purposes.
Nothing provided by Trading Hogs should be interpreted as:
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Commodity trading advice personalized to you
- A recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, option, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument
- A solicitation to enter into any transaction
- Personalized portfolio or account management
- Legal, tax, accounting, or financial-planning advice
Trading Hogs does not know your personal financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, trading experience, or ability to withstand losses.
You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions.
2. Futures Trading Involves Substantial Risk
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for every person.
Futures products are leveraged. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses, and market conditions can change rapidly.
You should trade only with capital you can afford to lose.
There is no guarantee that you will make money, become profitable, pass a funded-account evaluation, receive a payout, maintain a funded account, or achieve any particular trading result.
You may lose some or all of the capital used for trading.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Trading Hogs does not guarantee:
- Profits
- Income
- Trading success
- Funded-account payouts
- Evaluation passes
- Specific win rates
- Specific returns
- Consistency
- Financial independence
- Future trading performance
Statements concerning trading improvement, education, discipline, or strategy are not promises of financial performance.
Every trader is different.
4. Live Trading Disclaimer
Trading Hogs may provide live market commentary, educational trading sessions, chart analysis, trade examples, market observations, and discussions concerning trades that Will, Cody, or other participants may personally consider or execute.
These sessions are provided for educational purposes.
A trade taken by Will, Cody, another mentor, or another community member should not automatically be considered appropriate for you.
You should never enter a trade solely because another person entered it.
Market prices move quickly, and differences in timing, execution, commissions, slippage, account size, broker, leverage, risk settings, and market conditions may cause your result to differ significantly from someone else's result.
Trading Hogs does not operate your account or execute trades on your behalf.
5. Past Performance
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Any historical trading result, payout, profit, funded account, account balance, chart, screenshot, trade review, winning trade, losing trade, or performance example shown by Trading Hogs represents only the circumstances surrounding that particular example.
You should not assume that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Individual results vary substantially.
6. Hypothetical or Simulated Results
Some content may involve:
- Simulated trading
- Paper trading
- Demo accounts
- Backtesting
- Hypothetical examples
- Educational chart examples
- Prop-firm evaluation accounts
- Illustrative examples
Hypothetical or simulated performance has inherent limitations.
Simulated results do not represent actual trading under identical real-world conditions and may not account for factors including liquidity, slippage, emotional decision-making, execution delays, changing market conditions, commissions, or a trader's ability to tolerate losses.
Any hypothetical or simulated example will not guarantee comparable real-world results.
7. Testimonials and Member Results
Trading Hogs may occasionally share comments, experiences, testimonials, screenshots, payouts, or results from members or traders.
Individual experiences are not necessarily representative of what another person will experience.
Trading results depend on numerous factors, including skill, experience, discipline, risk management, market conditions, account size, and individual decision-making.
No testimonial should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will experience similar results.
8. Proprietary Trading Firms
Trading Hogs may discuss third-party proprietary trading firms, funded accounts, evaluations, or payout programs.
Trading Hogs does not control these companies.
Prop-firm rules, eligibility requirements, pricing, payouts, drawdown requirements, account restrictions, and business practices may change at any time.
Passing an evaluation does not guarantee receiving or maintaining a funded account or receiving a payout.
Users are responsible for reviewing all applicable third-party rules and terms.
